Mi libro – Bego Moro

Al borde del suicidio nace de mi necesidad de compartir con el mundo mi experiencia personal en relación a este tema, aún tabú en nuestra sociedad.

A través de mis palabras, pretendo transmitir lo que una persona que tiene pensamientos suicidas está atravesando. Teniendo siempre en cuenta, eso sí, que cada persona y cada experiencia es única.

Un libro principalmente dirigido a las personas que piensan en quitarse la vida, aunque recomendado sin ninguna duda a cualquier interesado en poner luz a tanto dolor que habita en el mundo.

Un imprescindible si trabajas en el ámbito de la ayuda: terapeutas, médicos, coaches, psiquiatras, enfermeros, etc. Por supuesto, también para familiares supervivientes de personas fallecidas por suicidio.
